Process
Pre-construction is the product
You are not paying extra to wait. You are paying to find the fight while it is still on paper.

The cheapest change is the one that never reaches the field. Pre-construction is where a builder earns the right to be trusted with the expensive part.
What you are buying
A defined scope. A cost logic, including allowances. A schedule that names long-lead items. A permit path. A list of decisions you still have to make, with dates. A written way to change your mind.
What you are not buying
A free bid to shop. A promise that the jurisdiction will be fast. A rendering that has not met the lot.
The Private Project Review is how we decide, together, whether to enter that work. If we should not, you will hear it while the only cost was a conversation.
When to skip us
If you already have a bid you trust and you want us to beat it, we will not. If the lot cannot carry the house you have drawn, pre-construction will say so. That is the product. The field is where the expensive version of the same sentence lives.
